Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice that helps strengthen the immune system while promoting concentration, balance and overall wellbeing. Through gentle and focused movements, participants learn to cultivate and guide the body’s life energy, known as Qi. Qi Gong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and is also considered the energetic foundation of martial arts such as Tai Chi and Kung Fu. In our sessions, selected exercises are combined with elements of Tao healing and Shaolin Kung Fu.
