Qi Gong is an effective method from China for strengthening the immune system, concentration, and balance. A central aspect is the absorption of pure life energy (Qi) and its flow in the body through targeted exercises. It is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as well as the energetic source of other martial arts such as Tai Chi or Kung-Fu. We incorporate some of its best techniques into movement, combining them with elements of Tao Healing and Shaolin Kung-Fu.
